I am a 25 year old vegan woman living in Portland. I have a pseudo-husband and dog whom I love dearly. I throughly enjoy my job working as an architect and would only trade it to be a vegan baker or a private chef for a vegan family. I have many allergies and among my vegan diet you will rarely see the following foods in my cooking: Walnuts, cranberries, bananas, alcohol, avocados, beets, kidney beans, mushrooms, peas, radishes, bell peppers, cilantro, and yeasts.
