I came across it while searching for “stumptown” and “hemp milk” up in Seattle. I’m down in Portland frequently and looking forward to trying out some of these places that I haven’t been to yet.

I don’t know if you ever review Seattle shops, but Nollie’s up in the South Lake Union neighborhood of Seattle is outstanding. They’re super allergy-conscious (always have gluten-free options) and vegan-friendly (but are also carnivore-friendly, so I thought I’d better mention that depending on the vegan strictness).

An all-vegan place in Seattle that I adore: Chaco Canyon Cafe. They have great vegan and raw selections (the Hippie Bowl is amazing) and outstanding juices and smoothies too.
